Itinerary

LENGTH: approximately 9 hours from pick-up to drop-off (8 am to 5 pm)
At 8 am, you will be picked from your hotel in Cusco and will travel by private vehicle. Your first stop will be the Mirador de Taray, where you'll have an amazing view of the beginning of the Sacred Valley. Next, you'll visit the Pisac Incan Complex and farming terraces where, for about 1 hour, you'll be given a guided tour and some time to explore on your own. You'll continue on to the very charming and colorful Pisac Market -- a great place to purchase handcrafted souvenirs and items for your home. You'll drive through Urubamba, an ideal spot for lunch (not included). You'll then proceed to Ollantaytambo for a guided tour of the town and an impressive Incan fortress. It's another hour to your final stop -- the colonial town of Chinchero, famously known for its skilled weavers. You'll explore the town and attend a brief weaving workshop. You'll then have the opportunity to purchase some of the artisans' beautifully-made products. Another 45 minutes, and you'll be back in Cusco where you'll be dropped off at your hotel.
